Field Service Co-ordinator

Porter Plant is a leader in the plant and equipment dry hire industry and currently has a vacancy for customer focused and highly motivated individual to take on the busy role of Field Service Coordinator. Due to recent growth and demand this position is an additional position adding to the current experienced team.

Reporting to the Field Service Manager you will be responsible primarily for South Australia undertaking the following activities;

• Scheduling field service mechanics;
• Responding to customer service calls received internally and externally;
• Prioritizing repairs and services;
• Sourcing and managing subcontractors;
• Processing and managing open work orders;
• Review and action Weekly Safety Check Sheets;
• Conducting quality checks.
• Assisting the Victorian and Tasmanian Field Service Coordinators

As Field Service Coordinator, it is essential you have;

• Industry experience in heavy vehicle maintenance;
• Excellent organisational skills;
• Current drivers licence;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Proven people management capabilities;
• Proficiency in the use of computer packages.
